Delivery and payment - Zielarnia Suwalska

PLN 21 – payment on delivery ( cash on delivery – payable at the courier in cash).
PLN 16 – payment in advance (e.g., simple wire transfer, online payment, BLIK, debit/credit card).
0 PLN – for orders over 300 PLN(ONLY for payment in advance and shipping within Poland.
Free delivery is NOT valid for COD orders).
Delivery time is usually 1 business day, and we guarantee delivery within 2 business days.
In case of anticipated delays, we will inform the customer even before the package is shipped.

No shipping of glass products – such as deodorant, liquor, kits containing juices or oils.

No possibility of InPost courier service – only Parcel Machines!

Shipments within the EU are sent by DPD.

Shipping of goods is possible only after the payment is credited to the account.
The delivery time we guarantee is 7 business days.

Pickup at the stationary store “Zielarnia Suwalska” in Suwałki at ul.
Kościuszki 112C/U2.
Pickup only during store business hours (Mon-Fri – 10am – 6pm and Sat – 10am – 2pm).
The order will be prepared within one business day and will then be available for pickup – follow the status of the order.
The status “Completed” means that the order is ready for pickup.
Receipt of an order is possible only after providing identifying information such as order number, products ordered, person ordering, etc.
The prerequisite for collection is a receipt with the name of the person collecting and a signature indicating the date of collection.
The purchaser of products with “personal collection” agrees to release the products, after the above.
verification, for a person other than the one appearing on the order/invoice.

Foreign shipments outside the EU (or outside the Schengen Area) – volume of charges, delivery time

Shipments are carried out by the Polish Post Office.
We can also send parcels by any other mutually accepted method, upon prior arrangement.
The cost of delivery depends on the destination country, the weight of the package and its type.

We reserve the right to refuse shipping outside the EU or outside the Schengen Area.
Shipping to the UK is not currently possible due to the size of export and import fees.
